Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join their team remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complex, cross-functional projects from scope to execution, managing priorities and resources
• Solve project-specific problems by identifying roadblocks and building new processes to minimize future issues
• Design and implement project cadences and reporting frameworks to ensure progress against business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or equivalent roles
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA a bonus)
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations and exercise good judgment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions based on metrics
