Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency, the remote Business Operations Manager will lead performance management, develop analytics processes, and program manage multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key responsibilities

• Drive performance management and reporting to leadership, serving as the primary point of contact for product and performance data
• Develop new analytics and data processes by collaborating with engineering and data science teams to optimize existing dashboards
• Lead and prioritize strategic initiatives, evaluating impact and resource requirements to inform decision-making across the organization

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in business strategy, data science, or product management roles
• Experience working with large datasets and conducting statistical analyses, including SQL proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion
• Start-up mentality with a passion for problem-solving and building scalable processes
