Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and highly competent Business Operations & Strategy Manager, the full-time remote position will manage complex cross-functional projects, including commercial strategy and international expansion, while driving operational improvements and ensuring effective execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Reshape pricing and packaging strategies to enhance business performance
• Lead initiatives for international expansion, particularly in the APAC region
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business or strategy operations at a high-growth tech company
• Proven ability to own and execute complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to perform data analysis independently
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and B2B revenue generation
• High tolerance for ambiguity and strong judgment in decision-making
