Partnering with Technical Support leadership, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will drive operational excellence by developing strategic narratives, building reporting frameworks, and translating complex data into actionable insights to enhance decision-making and collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop strategic narratives and executive presentations to communicate business performance and priorities
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks tracking core business metrics, synthesizing findings into actionable insights
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and manage special projects to enhance efficiency and customer experience in Technical Support
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, strategy, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university
  • Proven ability to build executive-level presentations and strategic communications
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using AI tools for analysis and workflow automation
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
