Job Summary

To support the scaling of operations, the full-time Business Operations Manager will lead critical initiatives, partner with leadership, and drive growth strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the global expansion of Whatnot by ensuring international needs are integrated into scalable solutions and identifying high-impact opportunities
• Enhance the marketing engine by analyzing capital deployment and developing capabilities to support rapid growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a robust business model, informing pricing and growth strategies through data analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• 5-6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup
• Ability to operate independently and manage ambiguous projects effectively
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving change in unstructured environments
• Fluency in using AI tools for problem-solving and analysis across various business challenges
