Job Summary

Driving complex, cross-functional initiatives, the remote Business Operations Lead will identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and ensure stakeholder alignment while managing projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

• Build and operate scalable workflows and processes that enhance efficiency and reliability
• Leverage data tools to extract insights and inform decisions, synthesizing findings into clear recommendations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies, preferably in consulting, finance, or business operations
• Proficiency with AI and data tools (e.g., Looker, Excel, SQL) for insights extraction and workflow streamlining
• Ability to independently deconstruct complex problems and work through ambiguity
• Experience designing systems with scalability in mind and anticipating potential bottlenecks
• Strong coordination skills to align priorities across teams and build trust through transparency
