Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

To drive the launch of new business lines, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will manage product development, conduct market research, and lead go-to-market strategies for adjacent verticals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by learning product development processes and conducting customer research
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to a revenue-generating product, including incubation and team hiring
• Analyze data and iterate on product decisions based on customer behaviors and market dynamics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or equivalent roles
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous problems and delivering outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex work streams effectively
• Ability to interface with executive stakeholders regularly
