Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will manage the development of new products from concept to revenue-generating solutions, including market research, product building, and go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Ramp on existing products by joining a product team to learn product development processes and customer research methodologies
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to product launch, including testing and iteration
• Interface with executive stakeholders to provide updates and gather input on strategic decisions

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or equivalent roles
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous problems and delivering measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Python
• Ability to manage multiple complex work streams effectively
• Comfort in engaging with executive stakeholders regularly
