Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will manage the development and launch of new products, conduct market research, and build a team to scale operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by joining a product team to learn product development and customer research methodologies
• Build a new business line from concept to revenue-generating product, including incubation, testing, and iteration
• Interface with executive stakeholders and manage multiple complex work streams effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or a similar environment
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage ambiguous problems and deliver results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience in juggling multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders regularly
