Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the launch of new product lines, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will manage the development of new business initiatives, conduct market research, and lead go-to-market strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp up on existing products by learning product development processes and conducting customer research
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to a revenue-generating product through incubation and iteration
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and improve product outcomes, ensuring alignment with executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or similar roles
• Proven ability to independently manage ambiguous problems and deliver results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex work streams effectively
• Ability to interface with executive stakeholders regularly
