Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time Business Operations Manager will manage the development of new products from concept to revenue generation, including market research, product building, and team leadership, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer research and product development while collaborating with existing product teams
• Build and launch new business lines, including testing, iterating, and scaling operations
• Analyze market dynamics and customer behaviors to inform product decisions and strategies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Proven ability to independently manage ambiguous problems and deliver results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to interact effectively with executive stakeholders
