Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time Business Operations Manager will manage the development of a new business line, including market research, product building, and go-to-market strategies, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp up on existing products by joining a product team to learn customer research, product specs, and iterative product development
• Build a new revenue-generating product by taking a target vertical from concept to market, including incubation and team hiring
• Conduct data analysis to inform product decisions and optimize business strategies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or similar environments
• Proven ability to independently tackle ambiguous problems and deliver results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex work streams effectively
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders regularly
