Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will manage the development of new products from concept to market, including conducting research, building business lines, and leading go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by learning product development processes and conducting customer research
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to a revenue-generating product, including incubation and team building
• Analyze market dynamics and customer behaviors to inform product decisions and iterations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, high-growth startup, or equivalent
• Proven track record of managing ambiguous problems and delivering measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to interface with executive stakeholders effectively
