Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will manage the development of new products from concept to revenue generation, including market research, product building, and go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp up on existing products by learning product development processes and conducting customer research
• Build a new business line by taking a target vertical from concept to a revenue-generating product through incubation and iteration
• Interface with executive stakeholders and manage multiple complex work streams effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or equivalent roles
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous problems and delivering results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience in juggling multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders on a daily basis
