Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

To lead the development of new business lines, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will manage product incubation and market analysis, focusing on building and scaling innovative offerings in adjacent verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by conducting customer research, writing product specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to revenue-generating product, including incubation, testing, and iteration
• Interface with executive stakeholders and manage multiple complex work streams effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or equivalent roles
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous problems and delivering successful outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience in juggling multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to engage and communicate with executive stakeholders regularly
