Job Summary
To lead and advance Airbnb's global goodwill strategy, the full-time remote Strategic Business Operations Manager will design and implement a comprehensive goodwill program, manage budget adherence, and drive operational excellence across the Global Community Support organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize the end-to-end Goodwill program, including strategy, operational frameworks, and performance monitoring
- Drive core product and policy initiatives related to customer goodwill and manage cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams
- Establish metrics for success, report on program effectiveness, and ensure compliance with business policies while managing risks associated with goodwill practices
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale operations and strategy with increasing responsibility
- Proven experience in process design, strategic operations, and customer support strategies in a global environment
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Executive presentation skills and experience in stakeholder management, particularly with senior leaders on global programs
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Tableau is preferred, along with a background in operations, management consulting, or financial analytics
