Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Americas Field Deployment team, the full-time Regional Deployment Business Operations Manager will drive improvement across key performance indicators, lead onboarding programs for deployment resources, and enable data-driven decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Field Deployment team to enhance operational KPIs
• Lead structured onboarding programs for deployment resources including technicians and managers
• Drive collaboration and continuous training to maximize efficiency and cost recovery

Required qualifications:

• Strong stakeholder management skills across operations, finance, and sales teams
• Experience in financial management, including forecasting and cost control
• Proven background in project and program management
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Kantata, and Power BI
• Ability to drive process improvement and automation initiatives
