Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a technology company focused on security, the remote, contract Business Operations Manager will manage account provisioning, access management, and compliance processes while implementing operational improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute customer account setup and configuration tasks in internal administrative systems
• Process approved request batches accurately and on schedule, verifying changes and escalating discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and propose updates to runbooks as needed

Required qualifications

• Experience in operations, deployment support, or technical support preferred
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume, multi-system execution work
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and work asynchronously
• Comfort with escalating issues to internal stakeholders when necessary
• Availability to work during US Pacific hours
