Job Summary

To support daily operational workflows in a remote environment, the contract Business Operations Manager will execute customer account setup, process request batches, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with various internal teams in a technology-focused setting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute customer account setup and configuration tasks in internal administrative systems
• Process approved request batches accurately and on schedule, escalating discrepancies as needed
• Implement and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in high-volume, multi-system execution work
• Prior experience in operations, deployment support, or technical support is preferred
• Clear asynchronous written communication skills
• Strong program and project management skills
• Ability to work US Pacific hours
