Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting operational financial planning and resource management, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will oversee budget forecasting, workforce planning, and operational efficiency within Global Development Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support budget planning, forecasting, and resource management aligned with business goals
• Track and manage functional and non-resource budgets, identifying cost drivers and efficiency opportunities
• Contribute analyses and recommendations for investment prioritization and operational trade-offs

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree with 4 years, Associate's degree with 8 years, or high school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in Business Operations or Workforce & Financial Planning
• 5+ years of experience in budget planning, resource management, or operations management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Experience in budget forecasting, variance analysis, and resource capacity management in a matrixed organization
• Knowledge of clinical development operations and resource management processes
• Proficiency with data visualization and planning tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SAP
