Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will tackle key business challenges, operationalize new processes, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead zero-to-one strategic initiatives, translating ambiguous goals into actionable plans
• Take ownership of projects from scoping and analysis through execution and implementation
• Analyze business performance and develop robust models to provide insights and recommendations for leadership

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business operations at a high-growth startup
• 4-year undergraduate degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, or Finance
• Proven ability to independently problem-solve and drive complex projects under ambiguity
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with complex business data
• Demonstrated ability to create and operationalize new processes, systems, or programs
