Job Summary
To support the Global Partnerships and Global Sales teams, the full-time Business Operations Manager will design scalable processes, manage the full deal lifecycle, and maintain reporting and analytics in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and embed scalable processes to reduce administrative burdens on sellers and partnership managers
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, pipeline reviews, and forecast models for leadership visibility
- Act as the strategic link between Global Sales, Global Partnerships, and internal functions such as Finance, Legal, and HR
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or revenue operations within a high-growth, global organization
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline hygiene and reporting configuration
- Proven track record of building operational frameworks that support teams at scale
- Experience owning forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting in partnership with FP&A teams
