Job Summary

To support the Global Partnerships and Global Sales teams, the full-time Business Operations Manager will design scalable processes, manage the full deal lifecycle, and coordinate cross-functional activities, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable processes to reduce administrative burdens on sellers and partnership managers
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and forecast models for leadership visibility
  • Act as a strategic link between sales and partnerships teams, coordinating with internal functions such as Finance, Legal, and HR
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or revenue operations within a high-growth organization
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including reporting configuration and process maintenance
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting in collaboration with FP&A teams
  • Prior exposure to legal contract workflows and HR onboarding processes
