Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the onboarding and execution of high-profile Airbnb Experiences, the full-time salaried Experiences Business Operations Manager will coordinate logistics, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence onsite in San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and execution of high-profile Experiences hosted by recognized talent
• Build and maintain Experience listing pages, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Coordinate guest selection and logistics while serving as the operational lead across multiple teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations experience
• Experience managing complex processes or programs from initiation through execution
• Strong skills in Google Workspace/Google Sheets; SQL or Tableau experience is a plus
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury goods environments is highly preferred
