Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager for the Patient Access Center will oversee workforce management, training and quality programs, and business systems optimization to enhance patient access and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational programs to improve access and the patient/family experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure effective operation of shared services programs
• Drive process improvement initiatives within the Patient Access Center

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant field
• Five years of relevant experience in patient access, healthcare operations, or business systems management
• Minimum of two years' experience in a management or supervisory role
