Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will partner with leaders across the organization to analyze business challenges, implement solutions, and enhance efficiency and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from scoping and analysis through execution and measurement
- Work with leaders to define and prioritize critical strategic questions facing the business
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design process improvements to drive efficiency and margin
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of total work experience, including 2+ years in investment banking or consulting and 2+ years in a high-growth startup
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and clear recommendations
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy and shifting priorities
- Familiarity with AI tools/agents to accelerate workflows
