Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

Taking end-to-end ownership of customer communications and AI tooling, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will manage lifecycle messaging, telephony systems, and production AI agents while driving automation and improving communication efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the communications platform stack, including customer segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and email operations
• Administer telephony systems and generate insights from call data to enhance communication channels
• Develop and operate production AI systems, ensuring quality and rollout of customer-facing communications

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or business operations with a focus on systems
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI workflows in production environments
• Deep knowledge of at least one communications system, including data integration and templating logic
• Proficiency in SQL and experience administering Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Strong communication judgment, particularly in customer-facing messaging
