Business Operations Manager
Job Summary
Owning cross-functional programs, the full-time Business Operations Manager will manage multiple concurrent initiatives across Finance, Product, Engineering, and other teams, ensuring accountability and driving outcomes to completion while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Run three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and target completion dates
- Push programs to completion by coordinating with various teams and escalating issues as needed
- Identify and redesign operational workflows, implementing consolidated or automated solutions
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, business operations, or strategic finance
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong program management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and hold teams accountable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Familiarity with BI/data warehouse tools and analytical rigor; SQL knowledge is a plus
