Job Summary

Owning the SaaS budget and vendor management for Core IT, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will oversee hardware operations, manage a small team, and partner with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SaaS budget, forecasting, and license management for Core IT's enterprise platforms
• Oversee vendor management for SaaS and hardware contracts
• Lead hardware and logistics operations, including inventory forecasting and procurement across multiple regions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, SaaS operations, or IT business operations
• Experience managing people or readiness to take on people management responsibilities
• Proven ability to partner across IT, finance, and business teams to manage budgets and vendor relationships
• Experience managing hardware or IT asset operations across multiple regions
• Strong data management and analysis skills using tools like Google Sheets or Excel
