Job Summary

A company is looking for a BizOps Partner to lead operational excellence and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence by designing, implementing, and scaling core business systems and processes
• Own financial planning and management, overseeing day-to-day financial operations and vendor relationships
• Define and drive go-to-market strategy, ensuring operational alignment between marketing, sales, and product

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in high-performance environments, preferably in consulting, finance, or high-growth technology
• Experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or scaled startups is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to decision-making
• Proven ability to influence and partner with executives and cross-functional teams
• Experience in building and improving systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
