Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert business operations advice and direction to teams
• Identify areas for process improvement and ensure operational strategies align with best practices
• Lead business operations governance, risk identification, and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience
• 15+ years of business operations experience, with 10+ years in healthcare operations
• Deep knowledge of contract and procurement processes, and domain expertise in healthcare verticals
• Ability to partner with senior management and cross-functional teams on major initiatives
• Strong understanding of service-level agreements (SLA)
