Job Summary

Transforming ambiguous business problems into clear workflows and measurable outcomes, the full-time remote Business Operations Principal will diagnose operational friction, redesign processes, and lead cross-functional adoption to enhance business performance across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize operational opportunities by investigating workflows and interviewing stakeholders
• Redesign future-state workflows, defining roles, responsibilities, and governance expectations
• Lead implementation and adoption efforts, tracking performance and refining processes based on results

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in business operations, operational strategy, or business-process transformation
• Proven track record of transforming workflows from diagnosis through implementation and measurable outcomes
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a startup, scale-up, or transformation environment
• Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate business needs into operational requirements
• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory
