Job Summary
To support a growing business expansion team, the full-time remote Business Operations Principal will manage cross-functional projects, build operating rhythms, and assist leadership in decision-making by tracking KPIs and identifying operational bottlenecks.
Key responsibilities
- Build operating rhythms and forums to align the organization on priorities
- Lead cross-functional projects critical to the success of the Pro organization
- Support leadership in decision-making by framing issues and surfacing risks early
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in BizOps, Product Ops, Strategy, Consulting, or similar roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution
- Comfortable interpreting data, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments including product, engineering, and compliance
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to creating roadmaps
