Business Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the operational backbone of the Marketing organization, the full-time remote Business Operations Project Manager will manage the Marketing budget end to end, coordinate with Finance and Procurement, and support broader operational rhythms across Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the project plan for the Marketing budget cycle, including planning, tracking, and reporting milestones
• Manage the Marketing budget across planning, reconciliation, and reporting cycles while partnering with Finance and FP&A
• Support recurring operating rhythms across Marketing and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in support of Business Operations priorities

Required qualifications

• 4 or more years of experience in business operations, marketing operations, finance operations, or program management
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial planning in a corporate setting
• Proficiency with modern collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Microsoft 365, and Asana
• Experience producing professional updates and reports for senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated use of AI tools as a regular part of work for drafting and synthesizing information
