Business Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Business Operations Project Manager, the full-time remote role will manage project infrastructure, drive process improvements, and support product launches while ensuring operational efficiency across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Run a continuous improvement cadence across the process landscape, managing SOP governance and adoption
• Own and maintain the internal project management tracker, ensuring visibility and action on all projects and tasks
• Support product release processes by structuring operational aspects of launches in collaboration with product management

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in process, project management, or business operations, preferably in AdTech or SaaS
• Proven ability to build structured systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Experience with data management and spreadsheet reporting, including comfort with formulas and structured data
• Familiarity with AI tools for documentation and process optimization
• Strong communication skills with the ability to address issues proactively
