Business Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Business Operations Project Manager with a strong AdTech background to transform workflows into structured operational systems, manage project infrastructure, and support product launches across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Run a continuous improvement cadence across processes and ensure SOP governance for adoption
• Own and maintain the internal project management tracker, ensuring visibility and actionability of all projects
• Support product rollout processes by structuring operational aspects of launches in collaboration with product management

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in process, project management, or business operations roles
• Experience in AdTech, SaaS, or high-data-volume environments, with familiarity in Salesforce (SFDC) preferred
• Proven ability to build structured systems and processes for operational efficiency
• Comfort with data management and using AI tools for documentation and process work
• Strong communication skills to address issues proactively and clearly
