Business Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Project Manager, this full-time remote position will manage and optimize operational systems, ensuring efficient execution across departments while supporting product launches and maintaining project visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Run a continuous improvement cadence across processes, ensuring SOPs are documented, adopted, and governed
• Own and maintain the internal project management tracker, driving adoption and visibility across departments
• Support product release processes by structuring operational workflows to enable teams ahead of go-live

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in process, project management, or business operations roles
• Experience in AdTech, SaaS, or high-data-volume environments, with familiarity in Salesforce (SFDC) preferred
• Proficiency in data management and spreadsheet reporting, including comfort with formulas and structured data
• Experience utilizing AI tools in workflow processes to enhance documentation and efficiency
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish clear ownership and repeatable processes in undefined workstreams
