Business Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced, systems-driven Business Operations Project Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for transforming workflows into structured operational systems, managing project tracking, and supporting product rollout processes across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Run a continuous improvement cadence across the process landscape, managing SOP governance and ensuring adoption
• Own and maintain the internal project management tracker, ensuring visibility and actionability of all projects and tasks
• Support product release processes by structuring operational aspects of launches in collaboration with the Group Product Manager

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in process, project management, or business operations roles, preferably in AdTech or SaaS environments
• Proven ability to build structured processes and systems that enhance operational efficiency
• Experience with data management and spreadsheet reporting, including comfort with formulas and dashboard hygiene
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate documentation and process workflows
• Strong communication skills to address issues proactively and ensure clarity in project ownership
