Business Operations Senior Associate

Job Summary

Partnering directly with senior leadership, the full-time Business Operations Senior Associate will tackle Coinbase's highest-priority strategic and operational challenges by structuring complex problems, building quantitative business cases, and translating data into executive-level recommendations in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Structure complex strategic problems and develop actionable recommendations backed by data and quantitative modeling
• Build business cases and financial models to identify new opportunities and inform Institutional product strategy
• Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses and drive measurable changes across Institutional products

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy
• Proven ability to build quantitative models and business cases that influence executive decisions
• Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto/digital assets markets
• Track record of delivering clear recommendations to senior stakeholders in fast-moving environments
• Exposure to SQL and BI tools or crypto analytics tools is a plus
