Business Operations Senior Associate

Job Summary

Partnering directly with senior leadership, the full-time Business Operations Senior Associate will address high-priority strategic and operational challenges within the Institutional group, focusing on data-driven recommendations and business case development in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Structure complex strategic problems and develop actionable, data-backed recommendations for leadership
• Build financial models and business cases to identify opportunities and inform product strategy
• Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses and drive measurable changes across Institutional products

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy
• Proven ability to build quantitative models and business cases that influence executive decisions
• Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto/digital assets markets
• Experience delivering concise recommendations to senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Exposure to SQL and BI tools or crypto analytics tools is a plus but not required
