Business Operations Senior Manager

Job Summary

To support the Clinical Care Operations team, the remote Business Operations Senior Manager will build and manage operating mechanisms for the Chief Health Officer's office, focusing on planning, performance management, and executive reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and manage the operating schedule for the Clinical leadership team, including meetings and planning cycles
• Develop mechanisms for tracking organizational priorities, milestones, and risks while facilitating decision-making
• Lead annual organizational planning processes, translating priorities into clear goals and timelines

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, organizational planning, or program management
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-departmental initiatives and partnering with senior leaders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex information for senior leadership
• Experience developing frameworks in dynamic environments and managing competing priorities
• Familiarity with budgeting and performance reporting processes
