Business Operations Senior Manager

Job Summary

To support the Clinical Care Operations team, the full-time remote Business Operations Senior Manager will manage operating mechanisms, facilitate decision-making, and enhance organizational workflows while collaborating with the Chief Health Officer and Clinical leadership team.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and manage the operating schedule for the Clinical leadership team, including meetings and planning cycles
• Develop mechanisms for tracking organizational priorities, milestones, and risks, while providing executive-level reporting
• Lead organizational planning processes, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and ownership are established for the Clinical leadership team

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, organizational planning, or program management
• Experience leading complex, cross-departmental work and collaborating with senior leaders
• Proven ability to develop frameworks in fluid environments and manage competing priorities
• Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize complex information for senior leadership
• Experience in healthcare or health insurance is a plus
