Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist who will manage relationships with internal and external business partners and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions and fulfill duties while responding to inquiries from clients and partners
• Perform quality assurance on transactions and communications to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless support and identify areas for continuous quality improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• General understanding of life insurance processes, products, and systems within three months of hire
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Able to work in a flexible/remote environment
• Willingness to travel (less than 10%) or adjust hours based on client needs
• Experience in processing complex financial and insurance information
