Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist who will manage relationships with internal and external business partners and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions and fulfill duties while responding to inquiries from clients and partners
- Perform quality assurance on transactions and communications to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless support and identify areas for continuous quality improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- General understanding of life insurance processes, products, and systems within three months of hire
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
- Able to work in a flexible/remote environment
- Willingness to travel (less than 10%) or adjust hours based on client needs
- Experience in processing complex financial and insurance information
