Key Responsibilities

Design and scale operational workflows for VAT/GST compliance in new countries
Lead execution and process ownership throughout the workflow lifecycle
Support client management by addressing reactive requests and improving internal processes

Required Qualifications

0-3 years of experience in consulting, banking, BizOps, or a related analytical role
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-agency environments
Strong skills in research and a bias towards action
Proficient in systems thinking and process documentation
Experience in forensic problem-solving with limited data
