Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to provide strategic execution and support for customers and internal colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and implement client Service Contract requests in Salesforce and the Learning Management System
  • Resolve customer issues related to the eCommerce Website or Learning Management Systems and communicate with internal teams
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures and provide training to Sales staff on processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in an operations environment
  • At least two years of experience in an operations role
  • Experience working with Salesforce is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
