Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational build for new product launches, including catalog setup and eligibility configuration
• Serve as the primary E2E tester for new offerings, ensuring patient-experience workflows and validating order flows
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from scoping through execution and analyze operational data to identify opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or a highly analytical role
• Technical fluency to configure product catalogs and manage system logic
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building models and dashboards
• Highly organized with experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with tools like Looker and Amplitude is a plus
