Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of a small business environment, the full-time salaried Business Operations Specialist will manage financial tasks, assist with human resources functions, and provide administrative support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide financial support through bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports
  • Support human resources by ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee documentation, and assisting with onboarding
  • Assist with business administration tasks, including annual audits, document control, and event planning
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and office administration with accounting and business management skills
  • 5-7 years of experience in an administrative position or relevant education
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information and communicate effectively with internal and external parties
