Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the systems that drive revenue, the full-time remote Business Operations Specialist will manage Salesforce administration, generate quotes and sales orders, and improve workflows through automation and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Generate accurate quotes and sales orders in collaboration with Sales leads and account owners
• Administer Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and produce unified reporting for Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
• Build and refine AI-assisted workflows to automate processes and improve team efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration at a commercial SaaS company
• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering a modern CRM, preferably Salesforce
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and experience embedding them into workflows
• Strong written communication skills for creating clear documentation and updates
• Understanding of order-to-cash processes and customer documentation
