Business Operations Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire end to end claims process, including leading a team of claims specialists and TPAs
• Standardize processes among all types of claims and map out specific SLAs for every step of the claim workflow
• Identify and drive ongoing improvements for central processes and manage relationships with external vendors

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years at high growth companies
• Experience in the auto/mobility space
• People management experience
• Ability to drive results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
