Business Operations Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the subject matter expert for operational ecosystems, the full-time Business Operations Systems Analyst will manage system-based workflows, analyze complex transaction flows, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive understanding of transaction and data flows across enterprise platforms
• Analyze, design, and govern system workflows supporting financial processes such as billing and reconciliation
• Develop and monitor data controls to identify system gaps and mitigate risks before they affect customers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in system implementations or technical business analysis within a corporate environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex system architectures and transactional data flows
• Experience supporting enterprise billing systems or financial reconciliation architectures
• Proven track record of navigating ambiguous data environments and performing root cause analysis
